JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Work closely with Product Management to understand the customer’s needs, motivations and pain points through customer interviews, usability tests and other forms of qualitative research.

  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, visual designs, and prototypes, as well as write clear documentation, to translate the research findings into visualized product features for the Product team and the Engineers.

  • Ensure that the customers receive an “over-the-moon” experience. That includes constantly monitoring how users interact with the product and continuously improving their experience.

  • Conduct experiments to always improve the customer experience for our customer-facing products.

  • Make strategic user-experience decisions related to product functions and features.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years working experience in UI/UX Design (especially experience in UX), Product Design or related role in a tech product company or agency;

  • Professionally trained in UI/UX Design or Product Design (FPT, MindX, Arena, etc.);

  • Strong knowledge in wireframing, prototyping, user testing, interaction, and visual design;

  • Experience in conducting customer research and usability testing;

  • Experience in design and prototyping tools like Figma;

  • Conversant in English (nice to have)

  • A strong understanding of design fundamentals (color theory, typography, grid systems, layouts, icons, and interactivity).

  • Concise and effective communications: You’re able to present and debate recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Most importantly, you do everything for a reason and you are able to effectively present these reasons when being challenged by other team members.

  • Iterative approach: You prototype fast and low-fidelity first. If it works you double-down and test high-fidelity prototypes. If it does not serve the purpose, you scrap and move onto the next thing quickly.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

  • 1st round: Interview with HR - online

  • 2nd round: Interview with Line manager - online

  • 3rd round: Interview with CEO - offline

WORKING TIME: Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm (Working onsite/ hybrid (must work at office at least 3 days/week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday)
